Beverage companies pair their product(s) with a restaurant or winery chef to create 150 bite size portions for each beverage selection. These stations will be set up in the Catalina Ballroom adjacent to the patio. Due to the shared food costs arranged between the beverage company and restaurant or winery chef, there is no fee to participate in this segment of Fall Festival.
